
PS: I do know about +heroes that come after the darkest dungeon, but that doesn't count for several reasons. I understand there is a limit in the early game, but can't they make it so that late-game (perhaps after clearing the champion bosses), you can have unlimited (or at least an excessive) amount of heroes? I like to go out on different levels, and have at least several team compositions available for each dungeon level. Which they almost never do (especially if one is an abomination). You can't powerlevel a character relying on higher level dungeons, because you can't get exp unless you clear the full quests).Īnd if you want to level up multiple heroes, you've got a problem, unless they work well in a team. That's 8 spots! To level up ONE HERO back to the others! (And don't start about powerlevelling.

So that's a requirement of 4 spots for the first levelling team, and 4 spots for the second levelling team. One which is to be levelled above the others so he can join the lvl 4 team (on level 3). You need to add another lower level => Bring 4 rookies. Let's say they're all lvl 4, but one levels up too early. How do you level up one of them again? You hardly can! That's about 2 healers extra because you can't always use them. Now, I can't run anything without healers on LONG runs, so I need extra healers.


Assuming you want at least 1 of each class, that's already 13 spots taken. Does anyone else think the hero roster is too small? It's 25.
